4. Sources & Uses of Funds – where will the funds come from for the
proposed acquisition and how those funds will be used.
5. Current Occupancy Level of property
6. Collateral(s) or funds have as a contribution from buyer’s resources
7. Exit Strategy – a Plan for how the funds will be repaid and when

Our partners fund amounts primarily between: $50,000 - $10,000,000,000 but occasionally will do below established minimums depending on the project in question. Each exception is evaluated on a case by case basis.

●Basic guideline: the pricing of the property in question should reflect at least a 35% equity to borrower OR the borrower has other collateral or funds equaling 35% or more of the purchase price.
●With Private Lending, Borrowers can get an approval sometimes in 7 business days or less and funding as soon as we receive all additional documents after preliminary approval. Your buyers will never go through the mountains of paperwork demanded by a commercial institution.
